The Noginsk Logistics Park is situated on 62 Ha land plot in the Noginsk District of the Moscow Region within the boundaries of the town of Noginsk, right on the M7 Moscow-Nizhniy Novgorod federal highway, 44 km from the MKAD, between the "Betonka" and the proposed CKAD (Central Ring Highway). An existing railway branch in the park's boundaries connects it with the Orekhovo-Zuevo railway terminal, the largest in the Moscow Region.
