Raven Russia has a portfolio of 16 Class A Logistic parks with a total area of 1,9 million sq. m located in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don and Novosibirsk. All the warehouse facilities have excellent location, close to the major traffic corridors, airports and the Cities’ ring roads, which allows tenants to optimize their logistics solutions, gaining significant competitive advantages.

In addition to operating warehouse properties, Raven Russia holds 172 hectares of land across Russia available for future development, including built-to-suit opportunities.
