Dmitry Lygin – Leasing Director
Dmitry graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State Technical University. He has experience in commercial real estate since 2001. Prior to joining Raven, he worked at Knight Frank in the warehouse real estate and land department, where he was involved in attracting and implementing large-scale warehouse real estate projects, as well as supporting lease and sale deals. He joined Raven in mid-2008. Currently, he heads the leasing department, is responsible for interaction with professional market players and the development of relationships with key clients.

Natalya Igolkina – Marketing Director
Higher degree in Economics (Saint-Petersburg State Technical University). Joined the company in the end of 2007, responsible for marketing and attracting tenants to the regional projects of the company. Before joining Raven Russia Natalya worked in a big Russian holding company as a Development Director and was responsible for retail chains development in more then 20 cities of Russia.

Polina Shipitsina – Deputy Leasing Director - Moscow Graduated from the Finance academy (University) under the Government of Russian Federation and has degree in Banking and Finance. Polina has more than 10 years experience in real estate, prior to joining Raven Russia she worked for leading real estate consultants JLL and CBRE, where was responsible for cooperation with key partners and upmarket projects management. Polina has joined Raven Russia in February 2018 and is in charge of Moscow region leasing transactions.

Ekaterina Nevolina – Deputy Leasing Director - Moscow and regions Graduated from the Moscow Humanitarian University and has degree in World Economy. Her career started in 2008 in purchasing (storage and transportation services) at Renault; she had also been employed by global corporations such as Wrigley, SC Johnson and Mars.
Since 2015 Ekaterina has been working for the largest real estate brokers (CBRE and JLL) and managed industrial tenants representation services streamline.
Ekaterina has joined Moscow leasing team of Raven Russia in July 2019.

Anastasia Eremina – Leasing Manager - Moscow Anastasia has graduated from the State Technical University (Ulyanovsk) with a degree in Engineering and Construction in the field of Industrial and Civil Engineering.Has been working in real estate since 2008. Has experience of working as a Project Manager in the construction sector, where she was responsible for organizing a working group and further coordination of commercial real estate project group's work. Anastasia began her career in warehouse real estate segment at the Colliers International. Prior to joining Raven Russia, she worked as a Consultant at the Department of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate and Land in leading consulting companies such as Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield.She joined Raven Russia leasing team in mid-2019 and is responsible for attracting tenants, promoting projects and making leasing deals in the Moscow region.
