Rostov-on-Don Logistics Park - winner of the Green Property Awards 2022!
Logistics Park Rostov-on-Don became the winner of Green Property Awards in the "Warehouse complex" category!
Green Property Awards is the first independent award that determines the best properties in Russia in terms of energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and technology.
This is already the second award received by our Rostov project, as we just recently received an award at the Arendator Awards 2022 for our solar power plant.
This time, the project was thoroughly evaluated by 15 jury members – they considered the impact and contribution of our property to the region's ecology, as well as its energy efficiency, functionality and user-friendliness. The solar power plant, apiary, water treatment system, employee canteen, interior and exterior landscaping and many other criteria became significant advantages of our complex. Thanks to this, Logistics Park Rostov-on-Don was unquestionably recognized as the best among competitors.
We are glad that our property won the award – this gives us confidence that the desire and the ability to improve the world around us will always be appreciated by professional community!
