KupiVIP holding has leased over 20 K sq.m in Klimovsk Logopark

Raven Russia and KupiVIP holding, the market leader in the Russian e-commerce fashion sector, have concluded a lease deal for 20,500 sq. m in the second phase of the Klimovsk logistics park. The agreement is signed for seven years.

Holding KupiVIP leases the entire building in one of the three buildings of the 2nd phase of the complex. As a result of this transaction, Klimovsk Logopark is 95% leased, with 4500 sq.m. remaining available.

The holding will organize a new distribution center on the leased premises. The areas will be used for storing and processing goods belonging to the holding companies, as well as to its partners - Quicksilver, Department Store, and others.

Class A logistic park Klimovsk is located on a 18 Ha landplot in Podolsk district of the Moscow region, 21 km from Moscow Ring Road, 3.5 km from ring road Betonka A107 and close to the highway connecting Warsaw with the M2 motorway. Excellent transport accessibility of the complex allows the access from the road M2, Warsaw motorway and A107.

The total area of the two phases of Klimovsk Logopark is 108,249 sq. m The first phase of  54,018 sq. m was commissioned in 2009, the second phase of 54,231 sq.m was introduced in 2012. Among the existing tenants are Danone, Gradient, Gates, FCS, Alliance Healthcare, Burda, DeAgostini.

Strong demand is now combined with the almost complete lack of new supply. Successful implementation of the first two phases of Klimovsk Logistics park leaves no doubt that the third phase of the project, construction of which we plan to start soon, will be highly demanded on the market''.
